Pico Photos – Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 18 Jan, 2026 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pico Photos (“Service”), a cloud-based photo and video storage platform operated by Fiber@Home Ltd., Bangladesh (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms should be read together with the Pico Photos Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form an integral part of your agreement with us. By creating an account, downloading the application, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the associated policies. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pico Photos, or have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian. Personal data relating to minors is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account or attempt to access another user’s account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Account security measures and logging are implemented as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials caused by user negligence.

3. Service Description

Pico Photos provides secure cloud storage, backup, organization, and sharing of photos and videos through mobile and web platforms. Features may evolve, be modified, or discontinued at our discretion. Service availability, maintenance windows, and infrastructure practices are described further in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Pico Photos a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service. Details regarding data processing, encryption, retention, and deletion are set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, license, or commercially exploit User Content.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload, store, share, or distribute content that: • Is unlawful, abusive, obscene, or defamatory • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights • Contains malware or malicious code • Attempts to bypass system limitations or security controls Content moderation and lawful disclosure obligations are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We respect intellectual property rights. If we receive a valid copyright or legal takedown request, we may remove or restrict access to the relevant content and, where necessary, suspend repeat infringers. Any content removal or disclosure will follow the procedures described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Pico Photos offers free and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices, features, and applicable taxes may vary by plan and jurisdiction. Payment processing is handled by authorized payment partners. Limited payment-related data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Failed or reversed payments may result in service suspension. Promotional pricing may be time-limited.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility, timelines, and methods are governed by the Pico Photos Refund & Return Policy.

9. Data Storage, Export & Deletion

User data is stored within Bangladesh. You may export or delete your data at any time using available tools. Data retention periods, backup handling, and permanent deletion processes are defined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim to provide high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. Operational monitoring and incident management practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Security & Incident Handling

We implement industry-standard security controls including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. In the event of a personal data breach, notification and remediation will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pico Photos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable data protection laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms or related policies from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and policies.
