Pico Meet – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pico Meet (“Service”), a secure video meeting, audio calling, messaging, and collaboration platform operated by PICO SOFT LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, downloading the application, joining a meeting, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use Pico Meet. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share your login credentials, impersonate others, or attempt to access accounts, meetings, or systems without permission.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

3. Service Description

Pico Meet provides online meeting features such as video conferencing, audio calling, meeting links, screen sharing, participant management, chat, notifications, and related collaboration tools. Some features may be released gradually, changed, limited, or discontinued based on platform requirements.

4. Meeting Content & User Responsibility

You are responsible for content shared through Pico Meet, including meeting names, chat messages, screen shares, files, profile information, and recordings where enabled. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited right to process it only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You must obtain required consent before recording meetings, sharing confidential information, or inviting participants where consent is legally or contractually required.

Meeting hosts may manage participants, mute users, remove users, control admission, and restrict meeting features. We may investigate abuse reports and may suspend or restrict accounts when required to protect users, the platform, or legal interests.

7. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Pico Meet may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may include additional meeting duration, participant limits, administrative controls, recording capacity, or enterprise features. Prices, features, taxes, and billing cycles may vary by plan and location.

Payment processing may be handled by authorized payment partners. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension or limitation of paid features.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Any billing issue may be reviewed by Pico Meet support according to the applicable service plan and payment record.

9. Data Storage, Export & Deletion

You may request account deletion using available in-app tools or by contacting support. Data handling, retention, deletion, and user rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Pico Meet is provided on an “as available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encrypted transport, access controls, monitoring, and incident response processes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Intellectual Property

Pico Meet, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and platform components, is owned by or licensed to PICO SOFT LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except where permitted by law or written agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pico Meet and PICO SOFT LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for paid users shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the application, website, or other reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
